Heloísa & Eduardo

I had the responsibility and the joy of planning the wedding of Eduardo Bolsonaro and Heloísa Wolf in the charming neighborhood of Santa Teresa, in Rio de Janeiro. The project came to me through a referral and brought very special challenges and experiences.

The biggest challenge was balancing the discretion and intimacy the couple wished for with the enormous public attention surrounding the celebration. Access to the venue, a special security plan and the organization of every detail called for meticulous planning, precision and a perfectly aligned team.

But what truly made this wedding unique was the couple's personality. Heloísa wanted a minimalist, elegant and welcoming celebration, embracing the idea that less is more. Every choice was made to reflect who they are.

Among the most memorable details, the flower girls walking in to the Beatles, Beretta, the couple's dog, carrying the rings, and a carefully chosen menu at the reception gave the celebration a warm and relaxed touch.

More than planning a high-profile wedding, my purpose was to preserve the essence of two people in love and turn all the complexity behind the scenes into a light, moving and unforgettable experience.

Because, whatever the size or the visibility of an event, true excellence lies in letting the couple live their big day with peace of mind, surrounded by meaning and love.
